Provides overall leadership and vision for The Village Experience. This role guides strategy, partnerships, and program development to ensure the organization remains focused on expanding opportunities for students and strengthening community impact.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Director and leadership team. This role helps coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Oversees the recruitment, development, and support of The Village Experience team. This role helps build a strong, mission-aligned culture by managing hiring processes, staff development, policies, and organizational accountability.

Leads communication and outreach efforts for The Village Experience. This role manages marketing, social media, and community engagement to increase awareness, build partnerships, and share the impact of the work.

Supports various projects and initiatives across the organization while gaining hands-on experience in leadership, community engagement, and program operations.

Leads student recruitment, intake, and onboarding. This role works closely with community partners, families, and referral networks to ensure students who can benefit most from The Village Experience are connected to the program and supported through the enrollment process.

Provides strategic guidance on partnerships, governance, and long-term development. Supports board building, identifies potential funding sources, and offers objective insight to help ensure the organization’s structure and impact align with both local needs and national trends in education and workforce development.

Offers expertise in organizational operations, including personnel management, finance, grant development, and marketing. Also supports strategic planning and organizational efficiency while providing encouragement and accountability as the organization grows.

Provides guidance on educational strategy, including instruction, administration, and data-informed decision-making. Supports the development of strong academic frameworks to ensure programs effectively serve students and achieve measurable outcomes.
