Students Deserve More Than a Second Chance; They Deserve A Village.
Our
Story
The Village Experience was created in response to what decades of educational research continue to show: academic success is not determined by intelligence alone, but by access to supportive relationships, relevant learning experiences, and systems that address the whole learner. Peer-reviewed studies in education, psychology, and workforce development consistently demonstrate that students thrive when learning environments integrate academic rigor, skill development, and real-world application—particularly for learners historically marginalized by traditional systems.

TVE was designed to disrupt one-size-fits-all schooling by building an ecosystem rooted in brave spaces, experiential learning, and intentional partnerships. By centering relationships, accountability, and purpose alongside academics, TVE bridges the gap between school completion and long-term economic mobility. Our story is grounded in evidence, shaped by community, and driven by the belief that when systems change, outcomes change.

TVE Mission
To reengage and equip disconnected youth and young adults (ages 15–25) with the academic credentials, workforce skills, and leadership capacity needed to thrive in life, career, and community.

TVE provides a brave, relationship-centered learning environment where students earn their GED or high school diploma, gain industry-recognized certifications, and develop the confidence to define and pursue their own success.
TVE Vision
A community where young people who have been underestimated, underserved, or pushed out of traditional systems become self-defined, economically empowered leaders who build generational stability for themselves and their families.

TVE envisions a workforce pipeline that reduces recidivism, increases credential attainment, strengthens local industries, and transforms how communities respond to academic and social barriers.

TVE Core Values
Brave Space Over
Safe Space
We create environments where students are challenged, affirmed, and held accountable — not rescued or silenced.

Self-Definition
Students define their own success. We provide tools, not labels.

Relationships First
Transformation happens through consistent mentorship, coaching, and community.

Economic Mobility
Education must lead to tangible outcomes — credentials, employment, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building.

Accountability
with Support
High expectations paired with structured support systems.

Collective Impact
We partner with employers, colleges, nonprofits, and families to build an ecosystem — not a standalone program.

Outcomes matter. We measure progress and refine strategy intentionally.
